What to do if you have to cancel your wedding
We must be noticed in writing, as soon as possible, in the event of cancellation.
The full amount is non-refundable if the wedding is cancelled within 14 days of the wedding date.
Confirmation of booking
Your booking is confirmed once we have received a 700 Euro deposit. The remaining amount must be paid no later than a month before the wedding date, unless we have specifically agreed otherwise in writing.
If the wedding is cancelled more than a month before the date, Magical Weddings will refund 400 Euro of the deposit. If the wedding is cancelled less than a month before the date, the deposit is entirely non-refundable.
Should the Danish State Administration (Statsforvaltningen) fail to process your application, or should the Wedding Office fail to confirm the wedding date that you requested from us, we will of course offer to move your wedding package to the earliest possible date. At this point, we will not be able to provide a refund.
For Town Hall weddings, the non-refundable deposit is 200 Euro, or the full amount if you book less than two weeks before the wedding date.
